Sanctity of Human Life Sunday:
January 18, 2009

Imagine the loss. Since 1973, when abortions became legal in the United States, the human race has lost approximately:
• 31 Nobel Prize laureates
• 134,841 physicians and surgeons
• 392,500 registered nurses
• 1,102,443 teachers
• 553,821 truck drivers
• 134,028 farmers and ranchers
• 109,984 police officers and sheriff’s deputies
• 39,477 firefighters
• 24,4500,000 women (approximately half of all children aborted)
• And more . . .

We celebrate Sanctity of Human Life Sunday by acknowledging the gift of every life and standing against abortion. We thank BVPC supporters who faithfully donate items for our “storehouse,” so that the Center can continue to meet the needs of clients.

You can be a part of Sanctity of Human Life Sunday 2009 by selecting a “wish tag” from the “Tree of Life,” which will be placed in your church in January. Each “wish tag” represents an item to be purchase for a client. Pick up a baby bottle and fill it with your spare change. In January 2008, your pocket change for the Center amounted to more than $3,000.

"Before I formed you
in the womb I knew you,
before you were born
I set you apart ..."
— Jeremiah 1:5
